I appreciated the great front desk team, they seemed very helpful. Breakfast options are simple but adequate to begin the day. The rooms appear to be generous in size when compared to other places. I found big bathrooms, great. I definitely book again.
Customer service at front desk, was not good. Room was very warm.

The hotel is a renovated 17th-century building. The location is amazing, quiet, and within walking distance of many cafés. The staff tried to meet all our needs, I am happy with the place.

Our room was clean with a very large window overlooking the quiet street below. The bathroom seemed newly renovated. The staff organized a shuttle to and from the airport for us, and it worked perfectly.

the hotel's location impressed me. the staff offered prompt service and assistance whenever needed. i found the breakfast had fresh ingredients.. i especially enjoyed the pastries. the room included a modern shower and ample space.
the room key needed to be returned each time i left the hotel. this created a slight inconvenience, especially during late evenings. i sometimes experienced a wait at the door.
